For the Proof of Payment to be valid, it must include the following information:
- Amount
- Date
- Status
- Transaction ID
To upload Proof of Payment, follow the steps below:
- Log into your Ole Platform Account.
- From your Dashboard, you should be able to see all your recent transactions.
- Click on the transaction you'd like to upload Proof of Payment for.
- Scroll down and you should see the section below.
- Click on 'Choose File' and browse your computer/device for the screenshot/document you intend to upload.
