For the Proof of Payment to be valid, it must include the following information:


  • Amount
  • Date
  • Status
  • Transaction ID


To upload Proof of Payment, follow the steps below:


  1. Log into your Ole Platform Account. 
  2. From your Dashboard, you should be able to see all your recent transactions. 
  3. Click on the transaction you'd like to upload Proof of Payment for.
  4. Scroll down and you should see the section below.
  5. Click on 'Choose File' and browse your computer/device for the screenshot/document you intend to upload.
