The below reasons might cause a rejection of your KYC document:
- The document is not clear
- The document is not a photo (it is a screenshot)
If your document gets rejected, it will be forwarded for manual verification. Then, it will either pass or fail due to a reasons listed above. Then, if rejected, you will be able to upload a document again.
You will get a message to your mailbox, stating that 'We have send you a message, please log in and get back to us.'
