There are 2 ways you can find your "Request report".
Option 1: You can view your "Recent Requests" on your "Dashboard". You just need to make sure you have clicked on "Recent Requests".
Option 2: You can click "Reports" which is located on the top of the screen, then you will need to click "Request".
When you are re-directed to the below screen, you will be able to filter through your requests and find the activity you are looking for.
