When you are logged into your account, you will need to click your name on the top right hand side of the screen (Desktop computer).
Then you will need to click on "KYC" to start the process.
You will have to complete 3 sections.
- Section 1: Your Profile
Section 2: Your Address
Section 3: Your Documents
ID document: You will need to select the type of ID document you are uploading.
- Click on "Select ID type"
- Click on "Select ID type".ter the "ID Number", "Issue Date" and the "Expiry Date" by click on them. (Optional)..
Please Note: To upload the back of the document, you will need to click the Other browse button that you will see below.
Address document: You will just need to browse for the document on your device.
Once you have uploaded your address document, you will need to upload a selfie. You just need to click on submit a selfie.
Please Note: You will need to have a webcam connected to your computer or a camera on the device you are using to upload a selfie.
Once all the steps have been completed, a notification box will pop up to let you know that everything has been completed.
